This past week the boys turned 11 months old. Minh & I can't hardly believe how fast the time has gone! Both boys really want to walk but haven't figured it out yet. They "walk" across the walls, furniture and cabinets to get somewhere. They crawl in lightening speed to get to everywhere else. James has 6 teeth, Chris has 4 but we think the 5th is on the way since he is sucking his fingers more lately. They are now drinking real milk- 1/2 gal gets us through a day and one meal more- ARGH! Chris it pointing to everything he wants James really is just so laid back nothing really bothers him unless he is tired or hungry. We know that Chris is taller and James is still heavier but by how much we don't know. I think we have definitely hit the 20 pound mark! They have learned how to swing at the park and love being outside. Chris still loves books and wants someone to read to him all the time. He also enjoys pulling them off the shelves. James likes looking out windows and watching the cars go by outside. They both drink from sippy cups and have mastered how to throw food off their trays or take it out of their mouths to then throw it on the floor. Please note that not all the above actions have been taught to them, they have many self- taught skills! But otherwise they are very happy boys who love to move around! And as you will see from the pictures below there are daily hippo races in our house! The boys love walking with these toys.
