Today we went to Laurel Park to feed the ducks and found out they had a playground too. There were more geese than ducks and we QUICKLY learned that geese are mean! They hissed at us and we had lots of bread to give them. They would not let many of the ducks eat. Once the boys warmed up and all the" things with wings" had eaten their appetizers, I let the boys out of the strollers. Kameron, our friend, was feeding them her goldfish. Chris was eating the bread at first but then figured out the ducks wanted it. James was a bit timid but got the hang of it. At the end he got upset, I think one of the geese tried to eat his cheerios and that made him mad. So we headed to the playground. They loved the slides and do well climbing up the stairs and sliding down by themselves. They both like to try to climb up the slide. James was VERY content swinging and eating and watching the older kids run around. Chris really liked following Kameron around. We will definitely have to go back one day.
