The first weekend in March we were invited by our neighbors to join them for a ski weekend in Park City, Utah. Minh had never been skiing and I had not been in over 7 years. So without hesitation I said "YES!" Minh spent 2 days in ski school and did a terrific job! After the first day we asked him to ski down to the base instead of taking the Gondola. That probably wasn't the best idea considering it was 4pm and by the time we arrived at the base, we realized we were the LAST besides the Ski Patrol that were on that side of the mountain! OPPS! The second day we took the Gondola but he did show me many of his new "tricks" including skiing between trees! We stayed at the Waldorf at the base of the Canyons Resort which is where we skied. The last day we were there it was snowing so hard you could barely see 10 feet in front of you so we stayed off the slopes and walked downtown Park City and then went for a swim in the heated pool and hot tub. It was a great weekend and Minh even said he would do it again! YES!!!!

The boys spent the weekend with MeMe and Pops. They loved every minute and Pops took pictures of the fun they had.

Another fun trick they learned was how to climb up on their bed. I am sure it was just another place to watch TV but it was a fun new game. Chris would sneak away from them and go climb on the bed and wait for someone to come find him.
Then there was the closet adventures....

Pops told him he needed to practice his "snow plow" (AKA pizza pie) moves so he could go skiing next year.
We have moved on from shoes to clothes...
