Week 3- E and F

Week 3 of summer school- letters E and F.
We read the Saggy Baggy Elephant and made elephant faces. James did all of his painting himself. I am learning that Chris is not a fan of painting unless it is a quick job, so I helped him finish the ears. Guess who each elephant really is?

Peek- a Boo!

Then our multiples club had a play date at a fire station. Over 20 kids were there. The boys wanted to wear their hats from the last time they visited a station with MeMe and Pops.

This was the engine.

Here are the kids that are in our group!

Can you spot our 2?

For being 3, they were very attentive. The station even had a call and the ladder truck had to leave but it returned shortly.

Waiting for the ladder truck to come back.

While waiting a fireman, showed us how fast (2 mins.) he can put on his gear.

Holding hands- so sweet!

When the ladder truck returned, the same fireman (poor rookie!) climbed up the ladder for us.

Then he waved at us.

And of course, we waved back!

Everyone received a hat (we didn't need another one) and a badge sticker. Then posed for group shots. James is up front but Chris is in the second row and hard to see.

This is what they had been waiting to do... drive the ladder truck!

Then they got to drive the engine, too!

What a fun morning!
