The end of November can be summed up in a very few words, science, sick days, fevers, surgery and recovery!
| Before the break started the boys went to Lowe's and made a science kit and we had lots of fun playing with it on a Notre Dame Saturday. |
| So cool! |
| James had croup and Chris with another fever waiting until the BIG day! |
| Some moments were not that bad... |
| James playing his chair drum while Chris was playing the keyboard. |
| This is what happens when you are trying to run up stairs with socks on... |
| Yes... the day of surgery, Friday, November 21, 2014. Chris before having his tonsils and adenoids removed. |
| Yep, this is afterwards. When he woke up he was MAD and ripped out his IV so we had to stay a bit longer because he didn't get the pain medicine he needed to help ease him back to the real world. He had an abscess on his tonsil that was not expected to be there. So recovery was going to take a bit longer. |
| Poor baby! |
| By Sunday, James and I were ready to leave the recovering Chris and Daddy home and get out of the house. We headed to run errands and he saw a music store with drums. We went in and he had a blast! |
| On Monday before Thanksgiving, Chris and I picked James up from school and headed to a small park just to get some fresh air. |
| While Chris was still recovering, I headed to James' Thanksgiving Feast! He was a great Native American! |
