Week 7: July 4th, M and N

Our multiples club participated in the July 4th Parade in Marietta Square. We helped decorate the float the night before and then rode on it the day of. It was warm but a lot of fun. We saw several friends as well as MeMe and Pops on the route.

Then we did our M activity. We learned how to "race" marbles inside a pool noodle. They LOVED this game and now about 3 marbles are "somewhere" in the house. By the end of the day they figured out how to bend the noodle to get the marble to go in a different direction. Cheap fun!

For the letter N, I cut the letter out and they wrote their names all over the N. They are getting much better at writing their names, we still have a way to go but all summer they have been signing lots of birthday cards to get practice.

Something I wanted to write down for the future, James has been calling Chris, "my buddy" all summer. It is really cute!
